Women entrepreneurs
Women entrepreneurs have came a long way women
working individually for there dreams for there ambition to achieve success in
there life. she has to take care of both work and family now the thinking of
peoples are changing as before people used to think that women are made to work
in houses and men to work outside now the world is changing women entrepreneurs
are working in big multinational companies leading there companies. here are
the some women who stand against the society and changed the mentality of
people.
1. Kalpana saroj
A women with ambition. she started from working in a garment company to working as a chairperson in Kamani Tubes she started her own film production and produced which was released in English Telugu and Hindi. board member at kamani tubes when she get the strings of the company in her hand the company was going in the loss but when she became the chairperson then the company came into profit again she was awarded with Padamshree in the filed of Trade and Industries.
2. Simone Tata
The first women entrepreneur who was behind the
India's first make up brand Lakem. she belongs to Tata family. she
married to Naval H. Tata before that she used to live in Geneva
Switzerland after marriage she settled in India she joined the board at
the Lakme it was the subsidy off Tata groups and become chairperson in
1982 And joined the board of members at Tata in 1989 and in
1996 Lakme was sold to Hindustan Lever Limited.
She was awarded with 2005 “Lifetime Achievement
Award,” Visionary of the Year” award Udyoga Ratna Award.
Being a woman is never an easy task where she has to fight against the society for equality and stereotype thinking these women are inspiration to all the women's who want to achieve their dream and become successful in the life.
