Indian Cuisine Kesar Kheer
Preparation time 30 minutes
Material Requires
1 liter Milk
150g Rice
Kesar according to the taste
Dry fruits
Sugar according to the taste
Method
1. Boil the milk in the container
2. Wash and soak rice for half an hour
3. Soak kesar leaver in the milk in starting
4. Add rice to the boil milk
5. Cook them for 15 minutes at low flame
6. Add sugar as per taste
7. Add kesar milk to the kheer
8. Cook it till the color enhance in the kheer
9. Add dry fruits
10. And your kheer is ready to eat
